Bone in, pulled apart by hand.

The house dish is Kim Silryeok Fried Chicken, ₩26,000 — bone-in rather than boneless, and made to be picked up and pulled apart. The restaurant says the chef behind it spent ten years working at KFC.

Bone-in fried chicken piled high in a white bucket marked “KimFC — Kim Fried Chicken”, with a pan of stir-fried noodles beside it

Crisp outside, juicy around the bone. Not boneless, not a light late-night snack — proper bone-in chicken made to be picked up, pulled apart and eaten while it is still hot. Bone-in is ₩28,000 and boneless ₩26,000, both from the same frying know-how.

Pancakes and chicken dishes take 10–15 minutes to cook once ordered. Order as you sit down and it arrives at its hottest, about the time you finish the first glass.

In the restaurant's own words
“There is a reason we take our fried chicken seriously. The chef behind Kim Silryeok Pocha's chicken spent 10 years working at KFC.”
